Oxbridge Farm Outside Catering provides a professional and friendly service.
Our food is made from top quality ingredients and as far as possible these are sourced locally. The food is modern and is generally British but with some inspiration from other areas of the world. All our staff are trained and friendly and make every effort to make your special day run smoothly. We will cater for your event however large or small, please find some menu ideas for weddings and canapés for drinks parties. However we try and make each event menu unique and therefore will happily develop a new and exciting menu with your personal requirements.

  • Chilled tomato consommé with asparagus spears fresh peas and basil.

  • Baby vegetable terrine

  • Salmon terrine or moulds

  • Chicken liver Parfait served with onion marmalade and Melba toast

  • Smoked Duck and Mango salad with a walnut dressing

  • Asparagus and wild herb salad with local duck eggs

  • Ham Hock Terrine with piccalilli and mustard mayonnaise

  • Smoked Salmon and Quails egg salad with a lemon vinaigrette

  • Scallops in garlic butter or coriander, hazelnut and lemon butter

  • Dressed crab with a rocket salad and lemon dressing

  • Chicken Tournedos with buttered spinach and lemon and chestnut mushroom sauce
  • Poached chicken with lemongrass lemon coriander and chilli
  • Chicken breast wrapped in bacon filled with garlic mushrooms
  • Guinea Fowl wrapped in Parma ham with a lemon thyme dressing
  • Roast Joint per table with appropriate sauces.
  • John Dory fillets with a tomato beurre blanc
  • Crab tartlets served with a green salad
  • Roasted bream with fennel and sunblushed tomatoes
  • Cod wrapped in bacon with a rocket puree
  • Salmon steak with white wine sauce and crushed new potatoes
  • Cold sirloin of beef with salsa verde
  • All served with new potatoes and summer vegetables
